Ugh, people that have anti Obama bumper stickers! I saw one the other day that said: O ne B ig A $$ M istake, A merica Come on! Why don't you just put a big "I'm a big fat racist!" bumper sticker on your car instead??? Just because some criticizes someone of another race doesn't make them a racist...get real!! |

I hate it when people come up to me and Misty and want to pet and talk to her even though she is wearing her Service Dog vest. It's even worse when they get to close to me and I just have to back away. |

Also why do people always ask me how business is? I think everyone knows. |
I think it replaces "How's it going?" You should say business it great maybe they'll think everyone is buying something from you and they'll want something too. lol |
capt_noonie, I read about something recently that made me think of you. Apparently there is some device that's like a dog whistle, but for teenagers! :D I guess adults tend to lose the ability to hear very high frequencies, but teenagers with their young ears still can. So you can buy this device that emits a sound very annoying to those with young ears... basically teenager repellent. I don't know how dogs / young kids deal with it, though. |
:sidesplt::sidesplt::sidesplt: That also reminds me, If, and that is a big IF, I ever have kids, I hope they invent GPS microchips to be implanted into my kids so I know where they really are. Lord knows I never told my parents where I "really" was going. Tee hee. Oh yeah, I got a phone call I didn't recognize over Labor day weekend and didn't answer. They left a message and it was a PO'd mom that said, "Where are you. If you don't call me back in 5 mins you are never going out again!" So I called her back and said she got a wrong number, so her kid wouldn't get in trouble for her mistake. Could you imagine that conversation. "Mom, I never got a missed call or a mesage from you!" |
I could list quite a few pet peeves but on the top of my list are 2 faced people. The kind that try to be nice to your face but you can tell they are only acting. It seems these days I see more and more of it. People who ask "how are you?" but in reality could care less & really don't want an answer. IF you slip up and DO answer.... you walk away feeling like an idiot for thinking they meant it. When I ask someone that question - I actually DO mean it. and I hate Liars. |
when people make fun of the bows my BOY dog wears.... SO WHAT?!???? he's my dog and i can do what i please with him. it's not like he KNOWS he's a boy and he's wearing bows. GAH! we just went to this fun in the sun at our church and there was this one lady there who just wouldn't stop. every time she saw him she had something to say about the bows in his hair. UGH!!! i hate it.... |
I don't even particularly like bows on boys, and I think your baby is adorable. :) Stupid lady. |
I'm so glad to see how many people CANNOT stand when people are smacking or cracking their gum. It irritates me to no end!! I'll try and explain this pet peeve to someone and they look at me like I'm crazy. I can't stand scuffling feet and bouncy legs. I mean, I know its a habit to some that can't be broken but dang its ANNOYING! Oh, of course chewing with your mouth open. It's just plain disgusting. People who think whatever they have to say is more important then what you're saying and will either be so determined to say what they have to say they're not even listening to you or just plain cut you off. When people come into my work (Subway) and ask me what kind of subs we have. Hello! We do have menus for a reason. Then its the middle of the lunch rush, they've had about 10-15 minutes of waiting and they're just standing there talking to their co-works or whoever and then get up to order and tell me they need a minute.... |
I dislike it when people from other countries complain about the U.S., then take your a** back to your country. I hate when individuals judge and make fun of others to make themselves feel good. I dislike being around negative people who swears the world owe them something. I dislike it when people try to tell me how to spend my money. I hate having arrogant individuals as coworkers. I HATE know-it-alls, they drive me up the wall. I hate when people try to shove religion down your throat and get upset if you disagree with them Those who stereotype really make me want to commit a homicide. Nosy people-especially at work when people stand behind to see what you are looking at on the computer and have the nerve to comment about it...ughhh |
