I started this today...so far I had 2 cups of rice crispies and 1/2 cup of skim milk. I was thinking of going to WW just to have a meeting place and get out of the house. I still want to do the low fat calorie counting thing though...that worked great for me years ago.....can I do it like this and attend WW? Angie |
