4 Attachment(s) Great pics you guys. Love the baby birds and the hummer. I love to watch them battle over my feeders. Here are a few pics from around my place. |
I don't have any pictures and it isn't in my yard but today I saw a bunch of Geese in the puddle of a swimming pool liner at a motel. Boy did I wish I had my camera for that one. I would have come home got it and went back but for 2 reasons. 1. I figured someone would have scared them off by the time I could have gotten back and 2. I was afraid to go back, I might have found out that they weren't real Geese. You know the decoys? Sylvia |
YORKIEDOGSFG - GORGEOUS Pictures !!! Wow - yours are striking - Sylvia...if you can't tell the decoys from the real thing - maybe your medication needs adjusting ? :D :D REAL ducks swim and quack !! :D |

Francie P.S. How did the cops know he was there? |

Well...they ran of course....within an hour - we had like 12 cops all over the place. They found one and chased him thru yards and over peoples fences etc...they just happened to take him down on my back fence - Chanel Cheri and I were right there watching and making sure the cops didn't get too rough :) haha...RIGHT !! actually I was making SURE his cuffs were tight enough |

Oh, oh, oh, low blow Villette. LOL I just barely saw them as we drove past. If I get the chance and they are real I'm gonna go back and take a picture. Even if they're not real, LOL Sylvia |
Wow, Villette, did you post that gif I made for you? Where is it? I want to read what everyone said about it, naughty or nice. LOL Sylvia |

Well, it looks like people are more impressed with your birds than your hunk! LOL Sylvia |
I cheated 4 Attachment(s) OK, it's not really MY backyard, but we just got back from Denali National Park where I got some cool pictures of animals that made me think of this thread. Eddie was a trooper. It poured rain for 3 days and the temps must have been in the 40s, but he camped out in the tent with us and loved it. I'm bummed, though. I was so busy trying to stay dry, I didn't take a single picture of him. Here are some willow ptarmigan (state bird) and some dall sheep. A friend lent me a 300mm lens, and I'm real happy with the results. |
wow, alaskayorkie those are awsome pictures!! so cool. |
YORKIEDOGSFG I love your house and your yard!! Beautiful!! That looks like the house I want my husband to build us next! |
