Please excuse my THREE back to back duplicate replies. I had a serious computer glitch going on :( |
My MIL and FIN act like that when they see Muffy and Buddy. They act like the fur kids are little babies. I love it but my DD gets so upset. She will Say they dont act like that when I come around. She is very J E A L O U S of the fur kids. All I hear is they have more stuff than I do, Now mom do you think they NEED a new toy, bed dress, halter, treats. I got Buddy a shirt that says favorite son. She told me that if I got one for Muffy that said favorite daughter then she would rip it up. LOL I might mention she is 16.:) Im still looking for it!!!:D |
Isn't it terrible when dogs get treated better by the parents than we did growing up? Heck, my mom makes her dogs rib eyes for their b-days. I never remember even getting steak period growing up. She tells me now, we coulnd't afford it when you kids were growing up:confused: |
thats cute! |

I will never ever treat (or love!)an animal equal to or better than my children. It's really such an insult. |
LOL Glad to read that Izzy has it made! I admit hubby and I are the same way. Our daughter just rolls her eyes and has said on more than occasion that the furbabies are treated better than she was. (now Mom rolls eyes). When I come home with groceries or shopping bags, Odie says Mommy what did you get me. He loves his squeaky toys and always thinks he is getting a new one. Hubby is the worst at buying him new toys. Weve got Grandpets and they get spoiled too.:animal-pa |
 This is the best story I have heard in awhile. Make me smile. Need that the way things are going. Thanks. ~Joanne~ |
Aww that is so sweet. |
Well, I AM a teeny bit jealous....BUT.... Honestly, if ever there was a dog who deserved such treatment, its Izzy-Belle. Plus, my mom is HAPPY for a change so that makes it worth it. |
