| Morton's Neuroma anyone? Anyone have a Morton's neuroma in your foot? If so, did you have the cortisone injection and did it help? These suckers HURT! The injection wasn't so bad, but the aftermath is not pleasant at all. I need to hear some good outcome stories!

| Well, I thought I had one. But come to find out it was just my toe dislocating from the foot. LOL!!!! (really).. I have some nice surgery pics I can post if you like.!!! I even worked for the Podiatrist, and we thought I had all the symptoms of Mortons Neuroma, and I got the shot. Ouch yes, but it masked the pain. ... masked it so my toe could go ahead and finish dislocating. No one knows why. I"m just an oddball. Or I was just on my feet too much, and too heavy at the time, so... and weak foot & toe dislocated. Dunno. But now after surgery and a 4-5" k-wire pin in my foot (removed after a month) I'm as good as new. Sort of. Last edited by MyLadies; 02-11-2009 at 03:50 PM. |
