but I got a positive pregnancy test this morning. Please please please pray for me that this one sticks. In May, I had a miscarriage, and I am so scared. We weren't trying, but were planning on trying this summer. Im going to tell my husband today, but I dont think I will tell my family this time until Im sure it will stay. So much heartbreak last time, I dont want to put them through that again.
Well, Im trying to stay positive! (pun intended :)) So stick little bean, stick!!

How wonderful for you! I'm sorry to hear about what happened in the past and will keep you and your up coming little bundle of love in my prayers daily.

Aw God bless you sweetheart. I wish you the best of luck with your pregnancy. I know what scared is like trust me. Just remember cherish everyday. Oh by the way CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! I will keep you and your little one in my prayers. God works in mysterious ways. I believe everything happens for a reason.

Thank you. Well, I am 4 days late so that would put me at about almost 5 weeks?
I just got back from the lab. They did a blood draw for my 'official' results which I will get on Monday. :)

Congratulations! I miscarried my first baby. We were on clomid for 7 months trying to get pregnant again. I think I felt the emotional pain of the miscarriage more after giving birth to my oldest son than when I did when I actually miscarried. Its like I really really realized exactly what I lost then, not that I didn't before, but after feeling that love, it just hit me harder.
Babies are such a blessing. I am glad you got a second chance at it!

I know that it sounds logical to keep the secret from your family, and it might be what's best for you. but be careful that you don't put yourself in a situation where if, God forbid, you do miscarry, and then everyone is like, why didn't you tell me you were pregnant? It's really a sticky situation, either way. Prayers that you don't go through it again.

Congratulations. But, in my book you don't need to pay for a blood test. The home pregnancy tests can sometimes give a false positive, but, never a positive negative. I never did pay to have a blood test done. Are you the one that said a few weeks ago that your hubby was wanting to try, and that you wrote him a nice note for Christmas that you were going to try again? ;) Try not to worry. I had a miscarriage once too, and within 2 mos. I was pregnant again with a 9 lb baby born on mine and my hubbys b-day. I know you worry, but, this one will be fine.

Yes, that was me. :) We talked about it and decided to wait till summer. A little earlier than planned, but thats okay. :D He was really happy to hear the news today.

My daughter is being induced this Wed. she has had gestational diabetes, and although she isn't due until Feb. 4th, the baby is already(as of last week) around 8 1/2 lbs. She's going to be a big baby, but, as long as she's good and healthy, that's all that matters.
