Patrick Swaze / Barbara Walters Interview Anyone watching this?:( I just can't believe he is so ill? He looks good considering. I have loved so many of his movies! My favorite is Dirty Dancing!!:p What's yours? |
Oh my goodness, he has been my favorite for years. He does look pale. I am like you....Dirty Dancing all the way. "No one puts Baby in a corner." I so hate this for him and his family. |
Awww thats so sad :( I missed it but seen a preview of his wife :( Have they said its terminal and given him a time frame? What is his cance of? I feel so bad. |

I saw the interview also, it was sad.......I hope he beats this but it didn't look good for him....After the show our local news interviewed a local woman who was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer in 2006.......the same cancer as Patrick. She is in a clinical trial for a vaccine that she receives every 6 months....two years later she is clear and well.... |
It IS really sad :( I love him! |
To me, he looked like he was in pain, but, I still really like him. I know miracles can happen, my Uncle had pancreatic cancer a few years ago, and when he went in after his treatments one day, the cancer was gone, so, there are miracles and maybe Patrick will be another "miracle" |
I watched it too and he is also a favorite of mine... It was so sad to see him like that. I felt soooo sorry for his wife. Barbara ask some hard and personal questions....:( |
I'm sure it said on the news last night that he'd been given a couple of months to live:(but I could be wrong-I hope so:( |
very sad,, lets all say a prayer for him right now. |
He's already had it for a year, and outlived a lot of people that have had it. He's a true fighter, and as I said, miracles happen, and maybe he will be another survivor of it, lets hope anyway. |
He was diagnosed 10 months ago, and most diagnosed with stage 4 don't last more than a few months.... so he IS fighting.....I am joining in for "Prayers for Patrick".... |

He was my first crush ever! I was sooo in love with him when I was a kid that it just hurt. I watched Dirty Dancing over and over...it is still one of my favorite movies. And Ghost...such a tear jerker :(:(! I missed the interview but I can\'t imagine how hard this must be on his wife. Does he have any kids? |
I personally could not watch the interview. He\'s such a gentle person. They have not made much progress over 40 years since my father died of pancreatic cancer in 1968. He was gone in 6months at the age of 54. I pray for a miracle for him. I know how devestating living can be just waiting for the day to say goodbye. I love him in everything but Ghost is my very favorite. Prayer\'s coming for you Patrick. |
