Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Twalla! That is an AMAZING improvement! WOW! I am so proud of you! I need to find some ways for my husband to lower his-he's not overweight, but has naturally higher cholesterol and I kind of like him ;) and want him to be around for awhile :) so lowering it would be great! Thanks everyone! Im very proud of myself. I eat Great Value Quick Oats and the Regular Oats. If I put anything in it then it will be one packet of Sweet N Low OR sometimes I will tear up a cinnamon spice bagel or a turkey sausage. I try to eat it plain tho at least 5 times a week:thumbup: |
