Thanks everyone!!! I am just so proud of myself that I am getting the big head!!! Im sure its a combination of diet, exercise but I really think a great deal of it is due to the Oatmeal. Thank you again!!! Now I am going to go eat a freakin burger:rolleyes::eek: |
Great Job!!!!!! |
You go girl! I am a firm believer in what diet and exercise can do! I too dropped my cholesterol 40 points last year simply from cutting way back on the animal fat and eating more whole grains and no refined sugars! Keep it up girl! You can do it!:congrats::bravo: |
Awwww man! My cholesterol was 220 last year. I started exercising, lost 25 lbs, ate oatmeal, started taking fish oil tablets, changed my diet completely, and my new cholesterol level is...... 220!!! Dammit. My dr. says it is hereditary. Fortunately, I have a lot of HDL, the good stuff, so she isn't worried. Congratulations to you for being so diligent. I am glad it payed off. |
Twalla, you are INCREDIBLE and an inspiration to all of us who need to shed a few pounds and lower the cholesterol. |
Woohoo! You go Twalla!!!! :D:D:D:D:D |
Woweee!!! Thats wonderful! I'm sure mine is down too after losing weight...but since I avoid the doctor like the Plague... I have no idea what it is anymore. :D |
