| I just stick with good ol' Windsor Pilates. I have 6 kids under 11 and I am a size 2 or 4, depending on the brand. I do keep seeing commercials for the Bender Ball thing, and I am thinking about getting it mainly because I have grown bored lately, lol.

| I saw that commercial and in all honesty, I think it looks worthless. I took a pilates class for my PE credits and the exercises they use in that commercial are pretty much exactly what we did in pilates. And that class made my abs burn without using anything extra. (not trying to start an arguement at all here.)

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | I was just thinking....the Bender Ball is just a small, hard ball right? They sell those at Target and Toys 'r' Us! They have millions of small hard balls in those cage things! I have one downstairs and I'm going to try doing some sit ups or something on it to see if it does anything. It's also entirely possible that I might be looney and maybe it won't work at all...but anything to save a couple bucks. EDIT: Just checked the website - it's a soft ball. But I'm sure they sell those too! It looks like something you could find in a toy store somewhere!
