Check out the orb in this photo! I have never taken a picture with an orb in it before. It looks like it is just about the height of a person if that person was sitting beside Adie. |
By the way, I took this picture because I wanted you guys to see what that little stinker does to me every morning. It is her "come badk to bed" ploy. If I ignore her she starts barking at me. |
Now, the only thing is, as strange as that is, that the pup wasn't turning around staring at it..Did you see that when you were taking the picture, or after you had already taken it? sometimes a light hitting in the right spot can cause a mark like that in a photo.. |
I didn't see it till I uploaded the photos and looked at them. I took several shots and that is the only one with the orb. The dogs have now stopped growling so I maybe Adie has gotten used to it? She was pretty focused on me. |
Do you watch Ghost Hunters?? I have been a big fan of the show and they go to places that are said to have spirits in them. For most part they can "De bunk" a story with their evidence they gather, but sometimes they do capture things on video and/or audio that they can't say is something normal happening. Sometimes what you might think is an orb is actually a piece of dust that when the the flash of the camera happens it will illuminate the dust and it looks like an orb. Could that be what happened when you took the picture? Not that I am a spirit expert and all but normally animals don't act right with a spirit around. |
4 Attachment(s) We have a couple spirits in our home. I believe in that stuff and i am fasinated by programs about ghosts, etc. Here are a some of pics that i have taken in our home (I have Lots). In the first one you will see our cat looking at something, then int eh second you will see an orb on the left hip of my pout baby, then in the third if you look in the tv, you can see that our cat is looking right at an orb. These pics were taken in seccision, and he did not move while i was taking the pics. In the last one, you can clearly see the orb in our sons room above his bed. It was about 1 am when we went though and took all of the pics, we had every single light in the house off, including the tv, and just walked around with the digital and just kept snapping. If you want to see some more, pm me or just let me know. I have a couple that have actual shapes in them, not just orbs. |

That IS wired. I think they must be balls of energy like a lot of people say. Maybe some people (dogs?) attract them. When you say they were all around him did you mean in the picture or could you actually see them? |

Strange...could be, there is no telling. Don't freak yourself out over an orb that showed up in the picture though, it could have been anything...dust or moisture reflecting the flash. They show up in pictures all the time. We have a....something/someone that lives in our house too...you get used to it and don't even notice after a while.:) |
You know, I'm really not freaked out about it. In a way I think it is neat - as long as whatever it is doesn't try to hurt one of us I'm OK. Adie started the growling again last night. When I looked at the clock it was 3:45am. I got up and carried her all over the house and into the kitchen. She just kept growling. Whatever it was was in the middle of the kitchen. I put her down to see what she would do and she just stood by me growling still staring at the middle of the kitchen. I should have grabbed my camera but all I really wanted to do was go back to bed. She finally shut up so we could both go back to sleep. I asked my husband to check the floor from the basement and see if there is anything interesting going on there. |

I too think that that's an orb in your picture. I believe in those kind of things also. I do think that dogs can sense "spirts/ghosts" being around. I'm glad the dogs have stopped barking for you now. They must be getting use to whatever is there. It sounds like it's friendly. :) I have a picture with what I believe is an orb in it also. My son, daughter & I went to NY City for a long weekend about a year after my mom had passed away. My mom loved to go to NY City. I took this picture of my son & daughter standing in Central Park and when I got the pictures developed, there right above their heads was this white dot. I tell myself that my mom was in that picture also. :) |
When I had a psychic comuing to my house about 2 years ago, she told me I have a spirit in my bathroom an old lady that can't cross over, but she's not mean so she won't hurt us...No wonder every songle time I close my cupboards in the bathroom, I go back 3 min later and find them a bit open. EVERY TIME...I always wake up my hubby in the night to come with me to the toilet as I am scared to go on my own... |
I took a pic on my bed and there was an orb in it, but then i took one right after and there was nothing. Sometimes i think its just dust really close to the lens or something. I saw a program on tv about it and a lot of ppl think its spirits but theyre really not |
awww i wish i would have seen your original posting! lol... i've captured many! even with my yorkies. All i say is... oooh there's an orb! what ever it is... i have no clue... an orb... a smudge...who knows! Congrats on your first capture! There should be more to come! |

4 Attachment(s) Here are some more, this may sound crazy but we notice more things going on in pics that involve holidays, b-days parties, basically family occasions, in this first pic here you can see an orb right by her ear. In the second pic is some by my husbands head, in the third pic is one under the stocking, and in the forth pic is a couple of them and our dog Jessie seems to be looking at them. So, let me know what you think. |

3 Attachment(s) Here are some pics of mine with orbs but heres an example of how they can show up anywhere. In the first pic there's an orb on the blinds but i think you need to zoom in to see.That's on my loft bed and i dont sleep up there but sometimes i can hear it move when no one is up there. In the 2nd pic is my friends and i think it was drizzling there but it looks like a bunch of orbs and in the 3rd pic is me and an orb down near my skirt, that is in my bf's house where i hear things all the time so.... i dunno they might be 'spirits' or angels or idk anything really. One time tho i did see a pic of a cross that was being burned by somebody and there were a bunch of orbs around it, like a bunch! it was odd... |

The only orbs I have in any of my pictures are from my old house. I have over 400 pictures so far from my new house and not a single one had any. All the ones I found from my old house were very near people or animals. Ive used the same digital camera too the whole time. |
OOOhh this is sooo spooky and fun to read :D:D:D I am not sure if I believe in this sort of thing or not but I love hearing about it...now I am a little spooked. Good thing my bf gets home soon :eek::eek: |
