Anyone watching the trial? What do you think, guilty or innocent?
I think he is guilty.

I am praying for justice this time around! I hope he finally get's what's
coming to him. I say guilty! They have lot's of evidence according to the
news. Hopefully, since he's suppose to be broke, he can't buy his way
out this time.

I think he's guilty too, and I thought he was guilty the first time. I think that after literally getting away with murder, he thinks he can get away with anything. I mean, what was the point? Why do something so criminal again? He's not scared of getting caught again. Or maybe deep down he knows he deserves something.

I don't think he's a broke as he claims either. The reason he moved to Florida is because his pension from the NFL couldn't be touched by that civil suit won by the Browns. I think that amount is around 800,000 a year.

Heck lawyers would line up to represent him...for the recognization if nothing else.

I agree with you but I don't feel, "that he feels", that he deserves to serve time for what he has done.:mad: He thinks he is above God. I want him to pay for what he has been getting away with for so many years.

All I can think of each time I hear his name is the two kids. What must they be going thru. Wish the Browns had been awarded custody the first time he was arrested. I don't think the man is all that bright, so he has to use brawn. I think he is potentially a danger to society and I do hope he doesn't get out of this "again".

Ok so I don't have TV and I don't listen to the radio, and I don't really read the newspaper, and my computer has been in the shop for 2 weeks...

I remember watching the verdict of the first trial after lunch one day when I was in middleschool. Crazy.

I think he is guilty...I thought he was guilty the first time too. I had just got laid off from a job and was home everyday, so I watched the first trial day in and day out. When that verdict was read...I thought I was going to die. I can't believe he got away with that. I just wish that man would fall off the face of this earth. lol

OK...am I the only one that thought he was NOT guilty "the first time?" (Besides the jury.) Or at least that there wasn't evidence to prove it....?

(And I admit, I have not kept up with him in the slightest bit since that.)

I thought he was guilty and if I had any doubts they would have been erased by that disgusting book he wrote. I think, unfortunately he just had better lawyers and there were mistakes made on the prosecution's side. I believe even the several of the jurors have stated they would have voted guilty if they would have had all of the evidence available to them.

Did anyone hear the audiotape of his robbery/kidnapping? He is seriously a lunatic. It sounded like a really bad movie.

You're not the only one. I watched the whole trial, and not just little excerpts printed in the paper or on the news, it really was different than the small clips they showed you. So I can understand the decision the jurors made. Police bungled the case badly.

Yeah, that was my take on it...I think I was still in high school then! I remember that alot of the DNA evidence they had came from samples that there was alot of question as to where they actually came from, etc and alot of the concrete evidence they had came up missing, then resurfaced. Etc etc...you can't convict someone on that. Maybe it would have been different if it hadn't been such a messed up investigation.
