I have lost 47 pounds!!
 
Im so excited, today I finally put on some of my "skinnier" jeans since having my baby 8 months ago. I gained 65 lbs with my pregnancy. I know that is crazy but words can not express how hungry I felt during the entire pregnancy. I actually felt starving much of the time, it was the weirdest feeling and I guess I had no self control. But anyways, Im still not in my pre-pregnancy clothes but I think if I can lose just 10-15 more pounds I'll be able to wear them. I just had to share because Im so happy to be wearing something other than stretchy pants!!! :p:p:p

Well I am really happy for you.. I know it is not easy to lose that weight.. some people go for the next baby before getting their body back in shape.. and then it just goes from bad to worse..for some it can be a stuggle..
I also want to say your daughter is absolutely gorgeous..

A little bit of both but not enough. I am lucky to have a pretty high metabolism, Ive always been thin until my pregnancy. But now I do try and eat better and switched to diet drinks although I try not to drink that much soda at all anymore. I try to eat more vegetables now and less starches. And I excersize just a little bit several times a week. I do consistantly work my abs everyday with my excersize ball and ab roller. I intend to excersize a lot more, we certainly have the equipment but I just havent made the time like I wish I would.
I just wish my weight would at least distribute evenly over my body, but NOOOOO, it is all sitting in my thighs right now :(

I lost 100lbs over 6 years ago and it takes alot of determination and strength!

great job Shana!!!! wow I didn't know you put on that much weight (ahh don't scare me, I wanna have a kid soon :eek: ) but congratulation on going back to normal... I know it must have been hard, but boy... you really must have a high metabolism to loose 47 pounds in just 8 months and without following a really strict diet!!!

havent lost all the baby fat yet, and my baby is 17 YEARS OLD... lol... I am back on a good track now and decided it is time......

Congratulations Shana!!!! I know first had exactly what you are talking about with feeling starving all the time during pregnancy. I was the same way with both of mine. The first one, I indulged and packed on almost 60 plbs. The second pregnancy, I forced myself to eat just three meals and only gained 30.

Shana this is great!!!! Over the past several years I put on so much weight!!! I tried diet after diet and would always blow it and give up!! Then back in February something just clicked and I was determined to eat better and exercise. Since then I have lost 36 pounds and I feel so much better. I too want to drop 10 to 15 more pounds and I will be happy.
Wow....47 pounds is a lot to drop!!!! Great job!!!
