I lost 100lbs over 6 years ago and it takes alot of determination and strength!

yeah I put it on fast and it got sort of embarassing. For a whole year now Ive been avoiding cameras and mirrors like the plague, lol

Forget ice cream! It was buffalo wings, fries, mexican food, gyros, spicy foods, fried pickles, zuchini, lemon loaf cakes, and cheesecake factory- I went broke with all the resteraunt food I was eating. When I was eating at one place I was already craving something from somwhere else and planning my next snack, it was ridulous. The day I gave birth to Tess all the hunger went away and food didnt even taste good anymore. My husband even went and got me Cheesecake Factory as my first meal in the hospital and I didnt like it anymore and wasnt hungry, it was so weird:rolleyes: So I really feel like it was almost some diesease I had wanting to constanly eat like I did :rolleyes:

Oh, I hear ya! That's wonderful so far. Good luck on the rest of it! I gained 40 lbs. with each pregnancy and it took a good 9 months the first time to get back down to pre-pregnancy weight. I've always been quite thin so it was hard for me - especially since of course that weight doesn't distribute evenly! Mine was all in the thighs also toward the end. Luckily the second time the weight came off a little faster. I'm sure it was because of the running around you do taking care of a toddler plus a newborn. You can do it!!

HAHA - I went out in the BIG Snowstorm of 78 in New England for Cheescake when pregnant with my oldest - my husband and I walked 3-1/2 miles EACH WAY in snow mobile tracks to get to the store so I could get my craving - I jonesed BAD for Cheesecake too !

Good for you. I know loosing weight is not fun,especially when your sleep deprived and you or on the go. I wish you continued luck...you can do it!!;)

Congratulations!!!! It's not easy to keep your will power, at least for me...:rolleyes: The weight seemed to melt off after I had my DD. 'Course I was also eating very well and exercising like a fiend. Then I had twin boys and I just haven't done the work I need to to get the weight off. I lost a good bit while I was breast feeding, but I'm not staying away from those sweets like I should. I need to loose about 15 lbs to be where I was before. Tell ya what, send a little will power my way & I'll be forever indebted to you. ;)

Keep it up!

I too am trying to lose. I have been exercising every day and trying to watch what I eat. So far I have only lost a few pounds, but I have not weighed myself lately. I am very determined. This is not just about the weight, but for my health.

Stick with it and be very determined.
