So sorry this happened to you and would never think of Arizona having alot of crime. So glad your yorkies were safe and that you purchased your security alarm. |

Oh Ann, so thankful your babies are OK! |
I'm so glad your babies are safe! It has to be a horrible feeling to know that burglars were on your property. Praying they won't be back since they now know you have an alarm. Hope they're caught!! These days, crime is everywhere, sadly. Try to enjoy the rest of yr weekend!! So full moon, huh? Jeeezzz, this evening on my way home, a black cat ran out in front of me! |
Thank goodness everyone is ok!!! I know your heart prob come up your throat when you found out!!! I wouldn't have thought alot of crime either-my brother-n-law lives in florence az-close by I think??- he has horses & everything. I guess in this day & time w/crazy prices on gas & groceries some people will stoop to anything-that's what we need to think about & be careful. |
I am so relieved your babies are okay. We just got an alarm system installed last week. It does give you peace of mind when you have to leave them alone. We have had no false alarms yet. We were afraid we would because my sister comes to play with Conner during the day, and we were sure she would somehow set it off. |
Ann~ I am so sorry to hear this, but what a relief that they did not get in! How incredibly scary!! Tam |

omgosh that is scary! Good thing they got scared. That is one of my fears of owning a house, that someone can just come in thru a window, so i always say when i get a house i will get an alarm system that is VERY loud and will scare them off and they will check on us. I'm so glad the babies are okay. |
There is a possibility that the camera could have played a role. If you have something like that sitting near a window and fully in view, it can attract a thief, just like leaving something tempting in your car, rather than the trunk. Better to put things like that away when you're not home. |
that is SO scary! I'm SO thankful that your alarm scared them away and that the pups (and your possesions) were unharmed! |
That is really scary! Glad everything is ok and your alarm was working perfectly! :) I've had something big and expensive stolen from me not to long ago. MY BRAND NEW CAR!!! It was replaced but I know you had something more precious to worry about, and I'm glad they're fine!!:):) Sometimes desperate people do desperate things. It's in no way an excuse or a justification for what they did though. I wouldn't say "immigrants" did it though, this whole country is built on immigrants....I'd just say desperate people. |

And, noooo - I never said immigrants did anything - I have zero idea as to who did it. Someone was surprised to hear there was so much crime in AZ (bc many people think it is low crime) - and I told her what we're told by our government here - "it's higher in crime partly bc we have so many illegal immigrants". And I agree with you - we are all immigrants - me and all my french, german, swede - mutt ancestors. :) |
Oh my gosh, I'm sorry this happened, but thank goodness the babies and your home was ok! I know it's scary, our house was robbed when I was 14 and living in Florida. It was my Brother's 16 birthday and we were out celebrating. They broke in and drugged our black lab. It turned out to be a group of high school students and they broke into so many houses in communities in the area and it was an adult that put them up to it! It's a strange feeling when your home has been violated like that, thank goodness they only knocked our dog out and she was ok! Try to have a relaxing weekend! |
Oh My, that is so scarry! Glad to hear nothing was taken and that your fur babies were fine! Too bad they were not able to find a print they could use so they could nab these criminals so they don't try it again! |
