Didn't I grow a gorgeous crop of the super rare, super exotic variety of mutant carrots?:p My soil wasn't loose enough I guess. I baby my herb garden to pieces but I am obviously not the most conscientious veggie gardener. I am promising myself to do better- this is just veggie cruelty!:D

Wow Ive never seen carrots quite like that before:D You did better than I could have though. The only vegetable I have been successful growing is tomatoes

Oh no, you could have done it. I simply planted them in unprepared soil and then neglected them.:p

ETA- I just looked at them again and it looks like they want to go swimming, lol. My daughter was trying to hold them away from herself since her hair was a mess.

Don't worry... they are unique... not everyone has personalized, stylized carrots. Hee Hee. Thank you for sharing.. my puppies are wondering what I am giggling at.... I'll bet they still taste good. LOL Bobbi

OMG I do derserve it.:blush: I think my soil needed something I just didn't give it. I put some compost on the top but that was after the fact and I don't think the soil was loose enough. I am going to do sooo much better next year. My herb garden is getting enlarged this weekend hopefully so I don't even think I'm going to attempt veggies again until next spring.

ETA- you don't even want to know the suffering my poor green beans and squash endured. The only thing that has survived my dedicated neglect is peppers.

Hold on...I have to stop laughing so hard so I can type. You could probably auction these off on E-bay as "Nasty Vegies" for a large sum of $$$. Who knows, you could even end up on Jay Leno's show on his e-Bay segment called "sold on not sold". :eyetearss
