What do you think of 25??
 
I just turned 25 today :confused: I don't know how to feel about it. Is it true, downhill real fast after 25 or not is it better after 25??

I dont know, Im 29. Will be 30 in October and I am dreading it. My grandma tells me that with age comes wisdom. But that hasn't really helped me a whole lot. LOL

I can tell you this I turned 25 in Jan and the last 6 month have been pretty lame. And you will get those wonderful people telling you you're a quarter of a century old, half way to 50, closer to 30 that 20 blah blah blah. Yeah i can do math anyway. I don't feel any different at 25 than i did at 22 anything after 21 or after you get out of college starts to seem pretty blah. My life is so boring. I go to bed at 9:30 and pretty much just work. I used to be such a party animal. UGH where did my life go. Now I'm sad. J/K it's not that bad just take it one day, month, year at a time and don't worry about it.

But i'm sure you'll still have fun. I'm married and have a full time job that's why i'm boring. but i love my normal, boring, stable life and wouldn't change for those years of binge drinking and a**hole boyfriends of college

Happy Birthday Noebella! 25, I turned 25 this past December and to tell you the truth, I am sort of having a hard time with it. Could it be a mid 20s crisis? I think its cause I thought I'd be further in life then I actually am. It might also be that at this age, a lot of my friends are getting married or engaged and I'm not yet. I do live with my boyfriend but there are no plans of marriage, well, as far as I know! I guess it's different for everyone. Hopefully 26 will be better!

Take your time don't rush the marriage thing!!!! Don't get me wrong I love being married, but there are times when I wish I would have waited!!!

:mad: 25 SUCKS!!!! :thumbdown all i could hear on my b-day was not happy b-day but yayyyy our insurance is going down. :( of course he doesnt know how much that sucks because he's only 23.

i just turned 26 on july 31, and i must say i feel the same way as i did when i was 20! no difference to me at all! i really believe that it's all in the mind ;) age just doesn't phase or bother me at all. don't worry about it and live life to the fullest :thumbup:

You who think 25 sucks are all in for a big shock when the big 40 comes a calling in 15 years.. I'm 47 and I love it, maybe I don't love the fact that I have to dye my hair every month or so, and maybe I don't love the fact that I must wear glasses to read, and maybe I don't love the fine lines that are forming around my eyes. But I do love that my children are adults and can take care of themselves. ANd I do love that am my own woman and people around me respect me for who I am.. Yes, I'm older but its a good feeling, Most of the time.. AGe is just a number, Get over it!!

Well I will be 25 in January, and let me tell you these posts do not have me excited. 24 was a really bad year for me so this next one cannot be too bad! I suspect that 25 as with any age is what you make of it!

Awww Nobella! Happy Birthday! When I turned 25 I had what is called a "quarter life crisis" and my mom bought me the book about it. Looking back on it, it was a great year! I will be 30 in November and am not looking forward to it at all. I have changed a lot since I was 25 and I know a lot more now and wouldn't go back for anything however 30 is scaring the hell out of me! I say enjoy your 20's, pay attention to the important things (not numbers) and live every moment to the fullest!!

Hate to bust your bubble, but by the time that it takes to blink--you will be 50. I'm 56 and wish I was 25. So, the fact that it's better after 25 is not true in my case. Hopefully it will be true for you.

My brother turns 28 in October as well..

I wouldn't be under 40 again if you paid me...if Icould be any age forever, it would be 45..in fact 50 was terrific. I will be 60 in October and it's okay, but my body is starting to tell me it is getting OLD!! Teh great thing about living in Florida is..60 is YOUNG!!! LOL My mind has not progressed past 12 when it comes to having fun and enjoying life.

wow 25, i think it sounds better than it is... im 28 i just turned last month and i dont see a differnce but one thing that is starting to settle in is that you are no longer a kid. the bills are YOURS no more mommy and daddy and just the lil games that you played when you were younger no longer apply...
I say enjoy b/c you only get to live it once.

HAPPY BDAY and many many more ...

Age is not important, what is important is how you feel. You are still very young, enjoy life.
