My Husbands Brother
 
I just wanted to thank everyone who said prayers for my husbands brother Kenny who was fighting cancer. Sadly today at 4:12, he lost the battle and passed away, he was only 44 years old and will be so sadly missed by so many.

Oh my....he was so young.....I'm so sorry for your whole family to have lost a special member.....Recently I included this in my fathers eulogy, I thought it was fitting.....Bless you and your husband.....

With tearful eyes we watch you
and saw you pass away
and although we loved you dearly
we could not make you stay.

A Golden heart stopped beating

Oh Tracy I am so very saddened by your families loss :( I remember that wonderful pic you posted of the brothers and the love it showed. I will pray for you, your DH and family to get through this trying time. I'm sorry. :(

My brother was 44 when he died 3 yrs ago too....I just read this post and although he no longer needs my prayers , because he is free from his pain, you and your family will receive my prayers...I truly hope you will find peace and remember happy times you spent with him...No one can take your memories away...;)

Im so sorry about your Loss...I can relate...I just lost my uncle
3 months ago of cancer as well he would have turned 50yrs on
June 26 :cry:...My prayers go out to you, your hubby and the
rest of your family....

There's just no way I can reply to all of these tonight after reading this. My heart is breaking and I can't type through these tears. Thank you so very much for posting this, I want to print it and keep it forever. I will reply to everyone tomorrow hopefully. but right now, I thank you all so very much for your kind words and prayers.

I lost my Mom to cancer and I have some idea of what you all have been through. I hope God keeps his loving arms around you all during this difficult time. Hugs and prayers coming.

Awww honey. My condolences to you and the family. May god hold and comfort you all at this very sad time. I am sorry that he lost his battle but may he rest in peace and not hurt anymore. That is worth a lot.

Thank you so much Erin, I really appreciate that. It's been tough and my husbands trying to hold it together the best he can right now, I think the hardest thing for him is gonna be the day we bury him, I think that's gonna be the hardest for everyone....

I'm so sorry for your loss hon, my heart goes out to you so much. Cancer is such a horribe disease, I wish they'd find a cure for it. It's so devistating to have to see what it does to our loved ones.

Oh Joan, I am so very sorry to hear that. Please know my heart goes out to you and I really appreciate you even replying to this thread, it's got to be a very sensitive subject for you.

Yes, it certainly is. Kenny suffered so, so much and I do find comfort in knowing he is now at peace and isn't in pain anymore. I know in time we'll be able to think of him and talk about him with a smile, it's just hard right now to do that.

Bless you and your family..you have my heartfelt condolences..He is resting now and will be watching over you and your hubby and little maggie may..;)
My auntie has breast cancer and is going in next week for a mastectomy..they will reconstruct the breast...unfortunately cancer seems to touch everyones lives at some point..sending love to you at this difficult time..:roses:
