I'm sorry your feeling bad Marci. I was gonna said that about the yogurt, because it mantains the good bacteria in your body. Don't they sell lactose free yogurt? I don't know, just asking. Is there any other light med you can take for the nausea, like peptobismol? Maybe chamomille tea can help ease your stomach too. |
