Any General Hospital Fans?

I work days, so I am only to catch General Hospitals on holidays. When I turned it on today I was shocked to see Sara Brown, who used to play Carly. Her website says she is playing a character named Claudia.

Anyone know what the heck is going on?!?!

Yes, I've been a GH fan for years, and remember the original Carly as played by Sara Brown. I didn't know that she was coming back, and had a huge double-take when I saw her (brown hair and all) on the program.

The character she is playing is Johnny Zacharai (sp?)'s sister, and I think she is going to be the new mob boss. She has already had a steamy scene with Sonny (but he didn't know at that time that she was his rival's Johnny's sister).

It should be interesting, she is a great actress.

I am 33 and have been watching GH since I can remember. Yeap she is back and I think she will do just as well as she did the first time around....Can't wait to see what happens.
I went to Super Soap Weekend this past year and got to meet Elizabeth and her real life hubby (who use to play Juan) and Lulu. They are the nicest and down to earth peeps you could meet. My boys loved meeting them as well. My 12 yr old loved meeting Elizabeth because he likes her and Jason. He thought it was the coolest thing.

ME ME ME! I have watched GH since I was old enough to WATCH tv. And I am so excited that Sarah Brown is back because she and Maurice (Sonny) and Steve Burton (Jason) are great together. Here is a great site for GH info www.wubs.net. They have great spoilers. Let me know if you need any catch ups.

I confess....I'm a soap opera addict and have been for years....thank goodness for TIVO since I work and now I can TIVO all my soapies. My favorite two are Y&R and Days (but I heard a rumor that Days will not be renewed by NBC when their contract is up is about 5 years or so (not sure on the years but that's what I read somewhere). I hope that some other station by then picks them up.

Okay...it's summer vacation and I get to watch GH again (yay!). But of course I am lost after missing a couple of months. My biggest question is what happened to Michael? Also are Carly and Jax still together?

Claudia Zaccharra and Jerry Jax paid Dr. Devlin (whose no longer on the show) to shoot Sonny. Well Michael and Kate Howard (Sonny's girlfriend) were at the warehouse visiting him. The shot missed Sonny and richoceted off a metal post and hit Michael in the head. So now he's in a "permanent" coma. Carly and Jax were still together the last time I watched it which was like a week ago. After Sonny and Carly transferred Michael to an out of town long term care facility, they went at it in the limo and then Carly asked Sonny to sign away his parental rights to the boys. Of course I moved so I have about 2 weeks DVR'ed that I haven't had a chance to watch yet. Let me know if you have any other questions. I should be able to watch the rest of them and be caught up by this weekend.
