| I got some of the same replies (2) when I was first searching the Houston Chronicle for babies a couple of weeks ago!! Really p**sed me off!! What I couldn't imagine, is that clearly these Nigerian scams work on some super dummies--if they didn't why would these creeps pay money to advertise!! Now, in my search, I ONLY respond to ads that actually list the phone number, not just an email address (seems like most of the N scams are blah blah blah @ yahoo.com Can't even puppy love be exempt from these schiesters??? Also, I have noticed, that the scam ads typically 1) have really bad grammer/spelling and 2) have pics that are kinda fuzzy (like a bad photoshop job), have the same verbage over and over in numerous ads, and 4) list puppies individually, rather than as a litter. Just some things I have noticed. Be careful....!!! Last edited by missdaisy; 05-30-2008 at 10:21 PM. Reason: more info |
