Grey's Anatomy Finale
 
Ok what did everybody think about the season finale tonight? I read somewhere that Dr.McDreamy and Meredith were finally gonna get together which they seemed to in the end...which I was glad, BUT knowing how in the past Meredith has a hard time committing....like 4 seasons worth:rolleyes:.....I am worried that she is supposed to stay put at the candle house;). I can see his character saying something like that wanting to go tell Rose first to be conscience clear, but I hope they don't pull something with season opener! What do you guys think?

i think the counseling is gonna make Meredith realize she isnt afraid to commit and they will FINALLY be together! I HOPE!

And what did u think of Hann and Lopez....ewwwwwwwwwww

Who else thought how unbelievable it wa that Meredith carried out a truck load of glasses and candles to do that house. Did anyone else see just how many were there. I mentioned it last night to my husband, and he said he was thinking the exact same thing. It would have literally taken a truck to bring in that many glasses and candles. (maybe she had help from the tv production crew :p)

Callie and Erica...icky. But dh made a joke about it last night:p After Derek told Meredith that he had to take care of things with Rose first and he left, he said, "well, she could go back to the hospital and join Callie and Erica." :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: such a man!

Thought it was great. I read Meredith and McDreamy are together but who knows for how long.

I thought that was coming;)...I did laugh when MrMcSteamy was seeing his fantasies come alive when they panned to him right after the kiss!

That was a great finale. We started it late like 20 minutes, but watched it on dvr so the first part was great cause we didn't have any commercials, but when we caught up to real time....ughhh. More and more commercials all the time! I'm getting to where I prefer to watch the whole thing on dvr or watch it online!!

That's funny about the truck load:D! Usually I am more like that thinking that couldnt happen in real life, but for some reasonwhile i was watching last night, I thought whoa that is really a cool idea and didn't think about the specifics!! Only on tv right?!

I didn't think they were glasses, I thought they were luminaries (I think they are called) where you use a paper bag with sand and a candle and that would have been a little easier to do. It was a neat idea tho.

All in all I enjoyed the finale.

:D:DLOVED it!!!! i am thrilled about meridith and derick!!! now i just hope they can stay together....i am a little nervous that he left to go talk to rose....will meridith stay there? ahhh the drama! awesome finally! and the callie thing threw me for a loop too! CANNOT wait for next season to start!!!:thumbup:

I wanted to cry at the end...I hope things do work out for Meridith and Derek! (Even my mom walks in the room and goes "OMG ARE YOU CRYING!" LOL...yeah I always cry at my favorite shows). I think Hann and Lopez, well that was expected with in the past few episodes, just a matter of time before they came out. Can't wait until the fall!!!

Meredith and Derek!!!! YEAHHHH!!! The candle house was beautiful! (even if Meredith didn't make it) LOL
I am not a big fan of Erica and how her character behaves and I loved how she got PUT IN HER PLACE - twice!!
Can' t wait til the drama starts again next season!

I was soo happy! That's what she gets. I don't care for Christina's character at all, she's impersonal and rude to her patients, if I had a doctor like her, well lets just say she wouldn't be my doctor! But these last couple of episodes made me feel bad for her, and she doesn't diserve to miss out on so many opportunities because of whatever Hann's issues with her are. She's smart, not warm, but definitly a smart doctor, and you would think after Hann knowing how upset Christina was with the whole DR. Burke being recognized, she wouldn't treated her better.

Yes Christina is definitely terrible with the "bedside manners", but as a hands on surgeon whoa...I'd want her working on me! I agree about Han not treating her very well especially knowing about the Burke thing, BUT, I just thought of this....maybe she was jealous of her and Callie..werent they roomates now:confused:? I don't know...maybe;)!

I kinda thought about luminaries at first too! Whatever they were they looked awesome!!

Oh I soooo agree:p!! He is just my absolute crush;)giddygiddy!! There arent many actors that do it, but he is #1 for me by far!! My 3 year old niece brought over Enchanted with him in it. It starts out in cartoon and I got all bummed and thought we were going to have only his voice!! :( Needless to say, when in turned into "real"life.....whoo hoooo there he was!!:D Enchanted was really creatively done....it's up there with my favorite Disney movies now!!! If you're a fan of him and havent watched it yet, I think you'd probably enjoy it! It sorta takes bits and parts of various fairy tales and makes for a cute show!!!

Merideth and Derek. I don't know if she'll commit this time, but if she don't I can tell you one thing.... I certainly wouldn't mind playing Rose this time :p Erica and Callie. All I can say is HOLY CRAP!! :eek: Between Grey's Anatomy and Desperate Housewives I'm going to be on pins and needles until the start of the season. :rolleyes:

No no...you have Christina all wrong. She is an extremely sensitive person who has to put on an icy-tough exterior to be able to deal with it. She is my favorite character in the show.

She is one that they could definitely develop deeper into her character next year. Like you said she has a lot goin on underneath. Maybe Meredith will suggest her therapist since she had such a breakthough with her:)! .... Referral.....

I just don't like the way she is to her patients though. She's very cold to them. She is starting to seem to have some sort of emotions, but like I said, if I had a doctor that was cold to me I would switch doctors.

Yea..Christina is definitely an "odd duck" but I have warmed to her character too!! I wanted to see her kick Hann's butt!! LOL
