Lori and Bre, I'm so sorry to hear your grandmother is having problems. I hope she is doing better today. Chemo is rough stuff and has a lot of negative side effects. We are praying for you guys.

So sorry you are going thru such a difficult time! Your poor grandma. She certainly does not deserve this, does she? It's so hard and heartwrenching to see those you love suffer so much! My heart goes out to you... I have been there myself. :(

I am so sorry to hear the troubles your grandma is having to bear. I know how difficult is also is for you and your family to "watch" and be able to do so little for her. I'm sure she finds comfort in knowing you are all there for her; I pray that she will soon feel better and that your whole family may continue to be strong.

Well the Cancer DR says that it is not Pneumonia just the cancer. I guess that is a blessing I think.
He says that she may start to feel better but will only get worse.:( I am just hoping and Praying that she wont suffer ,I don't want her to be in pain.
she is still in the hospital.

Gosh Lori - this must be SO hard for you to be at such a distance from her. Life is just so hard sometimes, isn't it.

So sorry to hear about your mom, I will keep her in my prayers.
I lost my mom in Dec to ovarian cancer and its still hard to accept it.
But all the good stuff that has happened since I know she's still here with us and watching over us:)
It's also reassuring to know she doesn't have to suffer anymore, she went through a lot. Being diagnosed in Sept 2003, she went through 7 different treatments! and was brave still the end.

Lori, my heart hurts for you, your Mom and your Grandma. I have thought of you all so often and pray that there is a miracle and your Grandma can beat the cancer. Sending lots of hugs. I wish I could do more.

I knew what you meant;)

I am just trying to take it a day at a time and Praying Gramma is not in any pain. I will be talking to her today I hope. I'll report back later.

Update
 
Gramma is home with her two sweet Yorkies Dixie and Bear. They are Daisy Mae's Brother and sister;)
When I talked to her this AM she sounded Good but really Tired.

They have her on oxygen 24 hrs a day now.
I am so glad for that. They needed to do that a long time ago.
Hospice is now involved. I tear up everytime I think of it:(

Hi Lori ,

Hospice is a wonderfull organzation they will take real good care of your gramma. Remember if you need anything I a here.

Honey keep your head up. Right now gramma needs all the strength she can get to help her through this. God bless and praying for all the strength and healing she needs. Sending big hugs for you and your mom right now as well.
