Who wants to see a tidbit of the show I'm in?
 
:) Tonight was the first night of my Freshman Showcase at my performing arts high school. The Showcase is the senior's final project (they have to direct, produce, tech, etc., it). It is a collection of 4 short plays with 2 freshmen in each play and each play is directed by a different senior.

And in between the plays, we did our monolouges that we chose. Unfortunatly, the camera malfunctioned ( :rolleyes: ) and my Mom couldn't get the play I was in on tape (that's coming tomorrow, if anyone's interested). But she did get my monolouge, so I figured I'd post it on here. :p

So, this is me doing a scene from Romulus Linney's "Songs of Love" and my character is Lillian.

This stupid computer. It takes an hour for a 5 minute video to upload (my mom stopped a few times to make sure that they'd fit onto a website). And in the middle of uploading the last video, the computer shuts down. Every.time.

2 of the 3 are on here. Tomorrow we'll go at it with the 3rd one. Then I'll give you guys the links! :)

I have mixed emotions. First, I am terribly disappointed that you did not give me any advance notice on this post. I stumbled on it THREE DAYS LATE. There's no excuse for that. You have my e-mail address. You have my cell phone number. You are becoming way too independent.
