I'm here too!! Just got home from work, ate supper, and now cuddling on the couch with Blake and the puppies.

Bored out of my mind, completely OVER the boyfriends crap (ok, I'm TRYING to get over it)... men suck..lol. Ready to go out tomorrow.. and maybe meet a new guy. :cool:

hehe, I'm trying. Long Distance relationships do NOT work! he added a new girl on his top friends on myspace. Then yesterday he deleted two of the comments I had left him about how I missed him... they'd been up for a couple weeks, so of course paranoid me assumes the new top girl is his new girl.... of course when we talked on the phone everything seemed okay. Whatever, I'm not calling him anymore. :rolleyes:

Good for you! :thumbup: I was gone all last weekend though so I'm a little behind. I didn't know you two were over.

lol I type too slow!:rolleyes: I agree, long distance relationships are very hard and they take lots and lots of trust! Be strong girl, you don't need him! :)

well, it didn't happen til today. Its not like we've talked about it. I just don't appreciate him deleting my comments like I'm something to hide. thats bs.. i'm not gonna change my whole life to move up there if he's dating someone in the mean time (i'm not sure he is but it sure is suspicious)

Thanks! he was just so great.. WHILE I was there! But really the MAIN reason I loved him was because he wants to be a dad so much.. I want a man who loves kids, wants kids, and adores his kids. I see tooooo many dads who could care less about their children.

I don't blame you! I'd be upset too if he deleted my comments...and added a new girl to his top friends...that's a little too much of a coincedence for my liking:rolleyes:

Don't stay with him only because he'll make a good dad. There are lots of other men out there that will make great dads too and I know one of them will be the guy for you. AND I bet he won't be the one that deletes your comments off his myspace page! ;)

The weird thing is.. she has now created a new profile! :rolleyes: She has her profile private and the other night her msg said something like "i've meet my equal and things are about to get fun"... and I'd had one two many (ok, more 6 too many) and I msged her asking her who she considered her equal. So I noticed he had a new comment today from another girl named Jackie.. odd coincidence cause the girl on his top is Jackie, but it wasn't the same picture. So I clicked on it and the girl has created a new profile... but def. the same girl.

argh, why can't I find a local man?


Seriously y'all, how the HECK do I find a decent guy? I know it happens when you aren't looking, but I never even run into new guys. I've tried online dating, but that never has gone too well.

Aww, sounds rough. Last time I dated, Myspace was at least a decade in the future, so I can't imagine what it is like to deal with all that information (misinformation?). I feel for you, and you know, when you finally find HIM, you'll actually forget about all the time you waited.

To be honest, I would stop looking. I know everyone says it, but it really does seem to be true...love does find you when you're not looking for it. Take some time, go out with the girlfriends, I bet you'll run into a new guy somewhere! Maybe you'll meet someone where ever you work after you graduate?

Yea, w/ myspace and facebook I try not to assume anything or read too much into anything, but in this case its just sooo obvious!

I know.. I TRIED to stop looking. Heck last time I went out I wasn't even remotely interested in looking and NO guy approached me well except one of my old hookup buddies (which is a FIRST for a night out). All my gfs have moved, nobody stays in this town after graduation :( ... i'm going to the concert tomorrow alone.

I worked as a substitute at the school today so I'm sitting here drinking a nice glass of bolla merlot-2004, first time to try it & it's very refreshing ;)

Aww hon, you'll find someone...girls and guys. I think all college towns are the same, no one ever sticks around after they graduate.

the first (and last) time i tried Merlot I spit it out on the floor. I've always been bourbon or budlight girl.

I am getting ready to go to bed soon as I have to get up early, I won tickets to the taping of the Ellen Degenerous show in Chicago. I was looking forward to it, but I found out it's outside and the weather is going to be cold and rainy and we have to wait in line to pick up our tickets and then they will tell us where and what time the taping starts. Sounded like a good idea a few weeks ago! lol
My 22 year old dtr hasn't had a real boyfriend in 3 years since her BF of almost 4 years left her. I feel bad for her too. It does seem harder these days to find a good guy, but hang in there it will happen

I had high school! so of course they will try to get out of anything!! we have fourteen days here til school's out so they are all getting rowdy!! I'm just proud I wasn't up there yesterday although there was still a smell- they dissected a shark yesterday!

LOL! I did the same thing at first, I thought how do people drank this crap & now I can't live w/out it! the trick is if it's a little too bitter for you drop a half a packet of splenda in it! I tell you what I appreciate whiskey too, makers mark is the best! I need to hush b/f I sound like a total lush!! :):)

Ugh! I remember those days of high school Biology! I hated the dissections!

That's a good tip, I'll have to remember that next time I have a glass of wine! I haven't tried Makers Mark. I'm a Jim, Jack or Crown girl!:D
