My doc said it's not really pain -- just a little discomfort. You don't walk away from the table with 20/20 vision. It takes about a week (because they did not create a flap). But I'd rather do that then have a flap created and risk complications from it down the road.
One of my co-workers had it done a little over 2 weeks ago and he has BETTER than 20/20!! Yay! :D lolol He has 20/10. So you do achieve the same results, it just takes a few days longer.
My boss had Lasik a few years ago and she has has had a lot of flap related complications since. :( |
