Well, I am supposed to go to a family reunion ( :tongue: ), but here in Lake County Ohio, it's raining cats and dogs! LOL! The funny part is, according to all of the weather people, it was supposed to be such a nice day. Oh well! WE NEED NEW WEATHER PEOPLE! LOL

Staying in the AC and playing with the dogs. Wishing my back and neck would hurting. Sundays my day of rest, so I won't be doing anything else.

Its like 95 here I am going shopping for a little while but otherwise just staying in the AC.

Got up at 8am and took Romeo out in the yard to help me pick up all the sticks and pinecones from a recent storm so the grass could be mowed...he had a ball...it was still wet from the dew and he got wet and dirty..I should have taken pictures!! I pulled weeds and pruned plants while my husband rode the mower and then he got the weed eater and I got the blower...worked to get it done as fast a possible since it's so flippin hot...after a shower and a nap, gonna take it easy in the AC til I have to cook dinner! I can't believe it's almost Monday! Boo!

It's in the high 80's here as it was yesterday, with high humidity. I hate the humidity part, but I'll never complain about the heat no matter how hot it gets, because here in ND, we have such stinking longggggg, cold, freezing, snowy winters and I absolutely hate em! So when it's REALLY hot, I just think of freezing in winter and I'd take the heat any day! Today I've fertilized my outside flowers and now watering the lawn...then I'll go out and water the rest of my plants and flowers and fill the pond and birdbaths. I hope to get lots done today... the house looks neglected as I haven't been home much lately. Later this evening I'll probably go out to the state fair. Oh yeah...Maddie needs a bath too! Lot's to do! Hope you all have a great day!!!

Its 109 here right now in southern WI. I went out and did a little yard work and just about fried. So I think I will stay inside for the rest of the day. I am supposed to shave down my moms dog but that can wait. NOthing like sweating your butt off and having husky hair stuck to you. Lovely feeling, let me tell ya.

This is a record high temp wise here. On the local news here this morning they said to use the AC sparingly because the electric company doesn't know if the system can support all the AC users. Could cause a power outage. Nice huh?? If my power goes out Im gonna be ticked.

i just came in from doing some stuff in the yard and i have one of the racerback tanks on its like a sports bra and i now have an X on my back grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr i hate tan lines and its very hott out i had to keep bringing the dogs back and forth out and in cause god forbid they cant watch what im doing every 5 seconds lol

keep kool everyone!! and dont cause a blackout!!

My neighbor (bless his heart he is a sweety) asks the stupidest question. I know he is just making converstation but come on.

He asks " Hot enough for you??"

I felt like saying, Nope I would like it to be as hot as the suns surface. LOL sorry just a bit hot and really not in the mood for stupid conversations starters.
