Oh Lori...my heart aches for you. Having lost both my parents to cancer, I know exactly what you and your family are going through. I will remember you and yours in my prayers. Sending you big hugs and I am so sorry. I will pray for God to give you comfort and strength, and of course, I'll be praying for your precious Grandma. |
Lori, I'm so sorry and I will remember your Grandma, you and your family in my prayers. Bless your hearts. |
I am so, so sorry!! |
:ghug: :hands: :hands: |
Lori, I'm so sorry :( My Grandmother died when I was in highschool from lung cancer...she died 6 months after her diagnosis. I still miss her SO much to this day...it's incredibly hard to lose a loved one. I hope you get to enjoy your time with your grandmother, and I really hope she'll live much longer than expected. |
Lori i am so sorry, will be keeping all of you in my prayers. May God give you all strenght and courage specially your Gramma |
God bless Lori.... I just found out last night that my Dad has lung cancer too, and I also live too far away. I'm here if you need (or want) to talk! Julie |
Lori, I am so terribly sorry. This was not the news any of us expected. I will be praying for your Gramma, you and your family. God bless you all. |
I am very sorry to hear about your grandmother. This is never easy to deal with! I am sending thoughts and hugs to you and your entire family! Try and enjoy the family reunion! |
So sorry to hear this Lori! I've had to deal with this kind of thing twice in my life and it is so hard to do. You feel so helpless and just want to do something to make it all better but you can't. At the same time, sometimes I think in some ways it's a bit of a blessing to know as you have an opportunity to say all the things you never make time for in the daily routine of life and never get said when someone dies suddenly. While 69 is way too young, you have also been so blessed to have your grandma for that long and no matter how much pain is felt, you also have many pleasant memories to carry you thru the hard times. I pray your grandma feels the presense of God carrying her thru right now and that that brings comfort to you all. |
im so sorry, my thoughts are with you |
Lori, I'm so, so sorry. Cancer is such an awful disease. I'll keep you and your family - especially your Grandmother - in my prayers. |
I am so sorry about your gramma. I'll certainly keep her and your family in my prayers. My girlfriend's father received this prognosis.....1 1/2 years ago....after being told 6 months or less. Perhaps with prayers and positive thinking your gramma will too. Cancer is an awful disease. I hate it. |
I'm soooo soooo sorry ! She's going to really appreciate you coming but how sad for your family....knowing that kind of diagnosis makes life that much more special..... but it still doesn't take away the devestation it causes all those close to the person....:( :( :( :( :( BIG HUGS ....and one for your grandmother too |
Having lost my Grandmother (just a year ago) to cancer, I know exactly what you and your family are going through. It's hard, I know first hand. If you want to chat or ask me anything, I'm here. Prayers to you and your family at this difficult time. Sending you big hugs and I am so sorry. |
