Great job, Missy!! :thumbup: I just started working out last week myself. I've been doing WW since the beginning of the year, but my weight loss has slowed down, so it was time to start exercising too! I joined a gym, and I'm working out with a personal trainer. I'm doing strength/weights 2 days a week, and cardio 3 days a week. What plan are you following? If you're doing WW, come join us over in the WW thread!! :D :thumbup: |
Oh yeah! I helped my BFs parents move this past weekend, they brilliantly thought they didnt need to pack since the new house is only a mile from the old house. Oh my... I am sore yesterday and today... more today though! I didnt know the tops of my ankles could be sore... but YUP, they are! haha Keep going girl!!! You can do it and you probably feel sooo good that you are doing it! Even if it hurts! :) :) |
