So far I have worked out, I did about 25 min cardio and I worked my legs with leg weights for about 15 minutes. I also did stair steps with the weights on and now my legs feel like jello! After my exercise I had a protein smoothie (8oz) For dinner I had another salad. I just got back from the grocery store and I stocked up on yummy fresh fruits and veggies, boneless chicken brest and turkey. I took my daughter with me and that was a mistake! She kept saying "look at them donuts, cookies, muffins... you get my drift! She said she was just testing me to see if I would cave! Lil brat! lol I was thinking of taking a before pic to post. |
Haha...tell your daughter I said good job!! Lol. :p Just kidding!! I am here to support you!!! If you would like to take a pic to post then each week or how ever often you want you can take an update pic and we can let you know how well you are doin and give you lots more encouragement!!! :D I am on the opposite end of ya...I am trying to gain some weight...since my fiance isnt down here at school anymore it is just me all alone so I dont cook big meals like I used to so it has resulted in me eating alot less and loosing weight so I am trying to gain it back so I can fill out my pants again instead of lookin like pack rats moved out! Lol. Its just really hard to do! I know what your goin thru. My fiance is trying to loose weight to. I told him it would be nice if we could swap for a lil bit cause its easier for him to gain than loose and easier for me to lose than gain! Goodluck and keep us informed on your progress!! You have a great start!!  |
