I think it is fine to post pictures, especially if they are all decent appropriate pictures. Also, you can set the photo albums so they are only visible to her friends. I think you do that in the "limited profile" settings. |
Thanks...we will get on her account in a minute...I do not remember if we looked at the limited profile or if we even seen it! :cool: There is sooo much to learn...some of her friends pages are super long...they have everything on there....:eek: |

Thanks for that info... Okay, we are on her account...but I can not find Limited Profile...AND under Information (on her page), her email addy is still there :eek: I do not want that to show up for everyone to have!! Also, a friend told her to add "Glitter"?? Man, we need a manual for this!!:biggrin: |
Tell me about it! And they keep updating it so once you think you have it all figured out, they change something. So I played around, and I don't think there is a "limited profile" anymore...BUT if you go into the privacy settings at the top of the page, you can set who can view the individual parts of her profile. You should also be able to set it so her email address is invisible. Glitter is probably one of those extra applications. On the far left side of the page, it should say applications. Click there and it should take you to a page to browse all applications. Then just add whichever one she wants! :D |

I have it, i think it's fine. Just make it so that only her friends can see her profile and pics of her, if there are any(sometimes friends will post pics) so no one can stalk her, which is very unusual anyway. It's a great way for her to communicate with friends, etc. I think it's pretty safe as long as only her friends can see her profile, and she can choose who her friends are. |
Sorry for all the questions......:cool: I put her settings on just the people in her network (school), so I think that is okay..... She is wanting to know if there is anyway to add videos, music, etc. We got her pictures up and different albums made for her pictures. She has messaged people, etc. I think she is really enjoying it! :yay_jump: She is such a good girl...but I am sure she is annoyed by me asking who she has talked to, etc.:rolleyes: I'm a mom...I can't help it! :p |
