That's going to be a hard habit to break! | Well Jody, I was a weigh 3-4 times a day person, always before bed and when I would get up, and that is the hardest part to break..I think if/when I hit my goal, I will weigh everyday, so if I put on a pound, I can work on taking it back off..but, while you're trying to lose, I know it's bad to way, as if you see you've put on a pound, it can really stress you out, and I don't need that.. |
