It was one year ago today that Patti's (Cali, Pixie's and Roxie) Mom passed away. It has been a long journey of grief for Patti and still is. Let's all let her know how much we care.

Patti...with a heavy heart, I'm thinking of you today. I wish I was there to help you through this difficult and sad day. God bless the memory of your dear and precious Mom. Big hugs to you, my friend.

Sending hugs and prayers your way honey. It's always hard but the pain does ease some as time passes. Hoping you wrap yourself in good memories today on the anniversary of her passing.

Aww Patti {{{{hugs}}}} My mother has been gone 16 years. It seems like yesterday and forever all at the same time. Oh it got easier but there is not a day I don't miss her....some more than others.

Patti - blessings to you today and I, too, hope you can remember the good things and the love you shared. Be good to yourself - maybe do something special for YOU that you normally wouldn't do.

You have my complete sympathy. I lost my Mom 2 years ago and she was my very best friend so I know how you feel. I'm glad your year of "firsts" is over. That does help some. Try to remember that your Mom wouldn't want you to be too sad. Every time you see things blooming and coming to life this spring, think of her and smile :) God bless your broken heart. Betsi

Patti, sending you hugs on a very tough day for you. :big_hug: As the years go by the date will get a little easier for you. It has for me. Although I have to say, it's been 5 years now for me since my mom passed away and I can remember that day like it was yesterday. You will remember also but the pain isn't as intense as the years go by. Take Care.......

Patti - I'm sending you hugs. There probably isn't much that will help ease your sorrow or the fact you are simply missing your mom, but I'm hoping that knowing we are thinking of you will at least give you strength.

Thank you all so much and special Thanks to my dear friend Connie who has traveled this sad journey with me and been there on my bad days. We just got home from the cemetery it is over an hour away since the plots were bought before we moved my parents by me, so we don't take my 88 year old Dad much, so it was hard seeing him so broke up, then my sister and I just stood there and talked to her and cried.
I know one day it will be easier. She really was one in a million as a person and Mom. She never thought of herself and helped so many people it was unreal.
The beautiful peace lily that YT'ers so generously sent to me last year is thriving and a beautiful Memorial to my Mom. Connie just sent me a beautiful butterfly that hangs on a planter to put on it and it looks so pretty and reminds me my Mom is now free of earthly pain and in peace. My Yt family has really helped me through this. Thank you

on the 20th of March (my birthday) will be 6 yrs since my Daddy left us, Mama followed 6 months later

Patti ~ no matter how old we are when it happens, the passing of a parent is always so difficult. Especially one we've cherished so very much.

I am glad you are close-by to comfort your dad during this hard anniversary.

Imagine Patti, if everyone here who heart and prayers go out to you, was there in real life to give you a hug today. You'd be hugged non-stop all day! :) Isn't that a great feeling? A little something to make you smile on a difficult day!

I 'm thinking of you today Patti,I know how hard it is to lose a wonderful Mother. I miss mine every single moment. It does get easier as time passes Patti.
It has been almost 5 years since I lost my Mom at times the pain feels like it was yesterday,HUGS!
