Cross your fingers A house I fell in love with has come on the market for sale. We are exactly $2000.00 short for the down payment. BUT there is a small chance my grandmother MAYBE can loan us the money. Please please cross your fingers and pray for us. I am so tired of renting! |

Thanks ya'll. I have exhausted all other efforts to come up with the additional funds so if my GaGa can't help then its a no go. :( I just hate renting so much. IF we get this house, the payments will only be a tiny bit more than what we pay in rent and we'll actually be paying on something that is OURS. The house looks kind of like a long cabin and has beautiful stone steps and then you get inside to the living room and there is this GORGEOUS stone fireplace. The house needs a little bit of work - all cosmetic and its mostly just cleaning and painting. That is stuff we can do a little at a time. Oh and the best part about the house, a big fenced in back yard for the Poopanut to run all she wants to off leash! She will LOVE that! Her and Izzy-Belle both would love to just be able to take off running and play chase! |

the other day aerrica was in the store and someone saw her buggy it didnt have meat in it and she called her MIL and she called saying she was concerned... aerrica said them ppl should know she is vegetarian... thats the meat drama |

Well, its a NO for the house. :( GaGa is worried about paying taxes and can\'t loan us the money. The guy who is selling the house worked with us all kinds of ways. He was really super nice. He honestly went down as low as he could possibly go with everything. Like I said we exhausted every avenue before I talked to my grandmother about it. She was an absolute 100% last resort. I knew GaGa was a long shot I just REALLY truly desperately NEED out of the house we are in now. I can not put into words how much I hate living here. Moving into this house was supposed to be temporary and its been 2, almost 3 years now. I am just absolutely heartbroken. :cry: Thank you everyone for the thoughts and prayers. I guess it just wasn\'t meant to be. |

Hon praying for an infusion of cash for you. Can the seller maybe give you a sellers credit and acutally add it back in on the back end. Over here you can get a sellers concession where the seller rolls the closing cost back into the house for you. The house just has to be able to hold the additional cost in the appraisal. |
