Me and one of my co-workers was going back and forth on this subject and she said that they CAN NOT!! But I think that they could survive I mean no one would do this because the dog will indeed couldn't fend for themselves but I do think indeed they CAN SURVIVE...well maybe the term would be they That a DOG Can LIVE with no legs.

Don't know how we got on this subject

I think they could survive but would not have much of a life if you know what i mean.
