I'm diabetic, so I thought I would just throw in my .02! lol Carbs are not completely evil. It's finding the "good" carbs. Or better yet, carbs with a low GI. Here are a couple of links that I have found to be VERY informative. http://www.calorie-count.com/forums/post/4957.html And this one lists common foods and their GI values: http://www.gilisting.com/ I absolutely love carbs. But if you're going to eat them, you just have to find the right ones. |
