yes I am guilty . . I often read the OP and then respond :) so often when I read someone really sick and respond, I realize they are already fully recovered :D |

My confession concerning reading long posts - I agree with those who have already posted. I won't even attempt to read those; 1. without paragraphs. 2. without punctuation. 3. with no caps, all caps, or every word capitalized. 4. with too much emphasize, intensity, or drama (IE; everything is !!!!! and OMG). If the post passes the above, then I'll start with the first short paragraph. But for me to keep reading after that, it has got to keep my attention by either; 1. making me laugh or 2. slapping me in the face or grabbing me by the neck or heart or peanuts. A forum of this type and popularity is just too time consuming to have to trudge through grade school level ramblings. Fortunately, this forum has attracted very bright and articulate folks. |

I sometimes read posts like I use to read my English homework assignments in high school. LOL The beginning and the end. So I'll read the first full page of replies then skip on to the last page and see if it's any worth going back through the other pages. |

I hate to admit but I have ADD and its super hard for me to focus long enough to read long post, I tend to skim through them if I do try to read them. Im a visual type person- my favorite post, just like my favorite type of books are the ones with lots of pictrures!:p |
