I spent 2 days making calls non stop  |
That is so sad, and so sadly common. Bless you for caring and taking the time to help these babies. |
What the..... My gosh, how can some people be so heart less. I sit here wishing such punishment for those puppy millers and now I read this about plain ol' people  It just makes no sense  What the hell did they think was gonna happen to those poor babies, that oh well, they'll just adjust and survive being outside cats  I am so livid and I am not a cat person either (allergies) - but how on earth    - I am so angry   |

I keep coming back to this thread and I keep thinking about these poor little guys and it doesn't make any sense to me. Why would this family go to all the expense to protect them and to keep them indoors and then just dump them? This is really confusing me. Did you happen to know these people and if so, did they appear to be the type of people who would do this? I guess I just can't understand how ANYONE could do this .... :cry8: |
2 Attachment(s) I got tired of waiting so i tried to take some pics myself BIG MISTAKE as soon as i opened the door they flew out and ran upstairs onto my oldest daughters messy bed  The one with blue eyes was really calm and let me take her picture but the gray one didn't do so well. |
Oh MAN:mad: How cruel of them:cry: I hope you're able to find somewhere for the kitties to go. I can't get over how they could DO that! |
I am in total shock over it they did not seem like the type of people to do this at all i mean they seemed really nice and sweet the few times i have talked to them they have lived beside us for almost 2 years and i have only talked to them maybe a total of 4 times they were the type that really kept to themselves i am like you they went to the expense to protect them well at least one of them and then they just leave them behind like they are trash! I would have never thought in a million years that they would be like that never i talked to my neighbor across the street about it a few minutes ago and he said that he hasn't a clue why they did it and that the other state that they moved to was Washington that supposedly he works with the goverment and he has some kind of big time job and that they had to relocate because of it but still if you are moving WHY NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES WITH YOU?!!!!!!! After find out how these people are i bet everything they told my other neighbor about the job and relocation was a lie! |
I dont' know of any shelters, but you are a great person for taking them in. How can someone move and just leave their animals behind by themselves? rehoming I understand, giving them to a (no-kill) shelter I understand, but how can someone just leave them there? Sick, sick, sick! |
I just gotta ask why me? Why did i have to find out about those puppies in Mitchell why did i have to be the neighbor that found these poor babies left behind it's not that i don't want to help any of them it is just that it is killing me i swear my heart is literally breaking right now :cry2: |
Awwwww...they are sooooooo cute!!! We can't have cats either...my mother is extremely allergic. I know my vet has an adoption area in her office where they will "house" unwanted pets and even have "foster" homes lined up until adoptions. Good luck on finding homes for those cuties! AND those people should be VERY ashamed of themselves!!! |
definitely Siamese-mix contact one of the Siamese rescues, they may take them as a pair here's one in Indiana: http://www.purrssiameserescue.com/ http://www.1-800-save-a-pet.com/adop...cue/19491.html http://www.siameserescue.org/ |
As siamese rescue will definately take the tortie point siamese cat. They will probably not take the dilute tortie but they might know of a rescue that would. Just look up siamese rescue and send them a picture. |
