My life's been a bit depressing lately. Today, I get a package from NM. It's the manolos I've been wanting forever. My manolo collect is growing. My boyfriend got them for me. I try them on, and they're too big. :( Due to a delay in shipping, they won't take them back now. Grrrrr :mad: :thumbdown Now, I'm stuck with fab shoes that won't fit. The only people I'd would give them to, my mom and bff who lives near by have feet that are too big. :(

That would make me mad too... So frustrating:( Maybe you can find somebody to buy them from ya.

Try to get someone to buy them from you.

I might try ebay, but I don't think I will get very much. You know ebayers. They always want a bargin.

Why don't you try posting them on Craigslist, and down below in the non-yorkie sale section? What size are they, have any pics?!?!

I'll try Craigslist. Hmmm... I'm not sure if anyone here would like them. My mom said I have unique taste. Their a size 10.5. !0 fits me, but Manolos run small. In regular shoes, I'm usually 8-8.5. Later, I'm going to take a picture of them for CL. Here's the pic from the website.

Your not responsible for a shipping delay. Call them up and let the sh!t hit the fan....Tell them you would like an exchange at least.

They're being jerks about the whole thing and claiming, I got them on time. If I got them on time, why would I have returned them earlier? :confused:

They are beautiful...should not have a hard time selling them. I bet you could even find a designer shoe forum out there!!

Wow, I'm surprised. I've never had a problem with NM. Can you take them into one of their stores and return them? Or exchange them?

I know they are, I wish I could keep them. :( NM is nutty with their shipping, Once my mom got a wood chest filled with silverware from them that someone else order. She called them back and told what happened. They told her to keep them freee of charge. :eek: To make sure it wasn't just the sales rep being lazy, she called again and got someone else who also told her to keep them. I always wondered if the person who bought them was sent another one or if they just got credit?

I doubt it because they said the time I had, from date of purchase, to return them has expired. :(

They told me 14 days from the date of purchase. It's been almost 3 weeks.

OMG most stores have at least a 30 day return . that is just WRONG!!.

Wow! I love those shoes! I just bought a pair much like them, but they are patent leather, that color and that style and Im sure they were MUCH cheaper haha Unless macys sales rack carries Manolos for $16!!! LOL Good Luck selling them! Im sorry they dont fit, that stinks!

It does suck, but most designers are like that. I have LV bags, and you always get on the bottom of recipt 14 days to return purchase. I also know Chanel and Fendi are like that.

Thanks. Yeah, you won't find them for cheap, but everyone wants them for dirt prices. My b/f paid 665 for them. Hopefully, I'll get about 350-400 on CL or Ebay.

I know that ...you got the shoes a week after you could no longer return them! I think it should be from when you get the product not when it was bought!.
something just does not add up...

I refuse to by Chanel because problems I have had with them I don't own Fendi I have not seen any thin I want there. I do have DB and others and I have never had a problem with returns. If in new condition and have receipt and has not been to long...

If you go to their website it says 60 days, with the exception of final sale items which says 30 days...I would print it and take it into an actual store.

It might be 60 for NM brand stuff. Since MB is a brand that NM sells, they might have tp gp by their return policy. :(

Well I would say it is a false advertising problem print this out and take it in... or ask to speak to a supervisor... make sure you get the name and extension # of the manager you speak with.
