Even if for some odd reason your particular shoes had a 14 day exchange policy, they (or you) can easily get the delivery information from UPS or whoever to prove you did not receive them within this time frame. |
I think you just got a hold of someone who doesn't know what they are talking about. I've shopped Neiman's for many years, and the only thing they will not take back is Louis Vuitton. They are very clear on that policy since LV will not allow a store to carry their items unless they enforce their no return policy. I've returned Manolo's to Nordstroms so I don't think Manolo has this policy. Maybe try talking to someone else. |
after seeing the policy that DaisyMae posted, I think you have every right to get either a refund or a credit. $665.00 is too much to let it slide without a fuss. 14 days is unreasonable when items are being shipped. Call them, girl, and get your gears in motion. Read their policy back to them. Someone is NOT doing right by you. |
I think going to an actual store would be more effective,if that's at all possible. It's harder to say no to an unhappy customer in front of everyone;) |
Good new and bad news. Bad new, they would take them back but for 298 because they just put them on sale. So, I can can have 298 in credit or 10% less and do cash back. Good news, my b/f felt bad and took me to NY. He bought me a new pair. Not the same style, but still cute. :D Good news, I listed them on CL and got a buyer for 420. :thumbup: |
