Oh that just plain stinks. I hope your bank will waive the fees. Had you notified dispute resolution of your agreement with the buyer within their time period? I think they give you 10 days to respond to the dispute. Not that that helps any in this situation... |
You may want to consider over-draft protection with your bank too. Mine is linked to a credit card...no fees. If my account were ever overdrawn...the amount would be charged to the credit card. |

I have emailed paypal are agreement to solve this. I do have overcharge protection, but they still charge me a fee for each item that comes in for no funds. |
I feel bad for you...my friend had the exact same experience as you did and now I dont touch the money in my paypal account until everything has cleared and feedback is left. Dawn |
That sounds very stressful! I am so sorry you are having to deal with this! :( |
I\'m sorry you\'re going through this. Scammers always seem to get their way if they lie enough :( Hope it all works out! |
My heart goes out to you, I\'ve been there. Do a search on paypal and you\'ll see many have been there! From now keep a different bank account just for ebay/paypal. I don\'t use the dreaded paypal anymore, there are ways around them. Just know it is NOT your fault, they are basically stealing from you but there isn\'t much you can do about it. :( |
I would think they would have to have a court order to tie up your personal funds. Guess not, but that is just not right. How long untill he comlained- do they have a time limit??? |
oh no! I\'m so sorry they messed up your account! I was telling my hubby yesterday to be careful with ebay. Lately is getting full of scammers. |
