I'm kind of on a diet like that. I have endometriosis and found out that meat, dairy, and refined carbs make the pain worse, so I've been cutting back on those foods. I haven't cut them out completely though. The diet also says that 50% of your veggies should be raw so it sounds a little like the one you're talking about. Here's a link. |
Yes-- very labor intensive--that's what stopping me and I love to cook. They have recipes that are faux versions of so many things. If I were to do it, I think I'd seriously start thinking of doing ready meals for others as that seems to be what stops most from giving it a good go. |
