My Last Grandma Went to Heaven Yesterday
 
I am so sad...my last living Grandma passed away yesterday (12/26) & we are leaving to go home in the morning for her services. I loved her so' much, but I know she misses my Grandpa & what a glorious reunion she is having in Heaven. I know it is so selfish of us to be sad, but it hurts. Please if you have time, offer a little prayer for my Grandma. Thanks-Kay & Jaxon

Oh Kay I am so sorry. It is the most painful thing to lose a loved one. I will say a prayer for your grandma who is so happy right now like you said, but I will also say one for you.:hands:

Kay - I am so sorry for your loss. It is never easy no matter when or what the circumstances. My grandma has been gone now for 10 years and I still miss her sooooooo much!!! Hugs and prayers to you and your family.

I'm so sorry to hear about your Grandma. *HUG* Yes, she is rejoicing in heaven, but the earthly loss is very hard to take. I will pray for you and your family at this difficult and sad time. I send heartfelt sympathy.

Thanks everyone, I got teary eyed reading all your nice thoughts & prayers.
:cry8: We found a hotel that is pet friendly, so Jaxon can be with us. :aimeeyork My husband is actually in the UP in Michigan snowmobiling & won't get back until the Sat. services. That means, Jax, my son & I will be traveling :car: by ourselves to Poplar Bluff (it's about 3 hours from home) My sissy & her hubby & daughter are leaving tomorrow too, but a little later than I am. I know that it will be very sad & yet I am relieved that she is no longer in any pain. :angel2dl: I hope she will send me a sign some day that all is great!

Kay, I am so sorry for your loss. Grandma's are very special people in our lives. Mine have been gone for many years and I still think of them often.

i am so very sorry for your loss!!:( but you are SO right..she is in heaven now with all the people who have passed before, there to welcome her home!! you will see her again and until that time comes she will be watching over you and your family everyday!! just know..she is happy and she knows how much you love her!! xo. feel better!! i will keep you and your loved ones in my prayers!! xo. :love: she is up there with one of my grandmas having a BALL!! ;)

So sorry you have lost your grandma, I am a grandma too. But I do remember losing my grandma. and many others I loved. I still miss them all.

I do think she is happy now with your grandpa, and we have to believe she is in a better place and free of pain.

My Mom passed away 3 years ago and my Dad just passed away on the 12th of Dec. I was so distraught that I couldn't stand it. Then the other day I was sitting at his grave side all alone at 8:00am and I asked for a sign that he was ok. Just then a beautiful butterfly passed over his grave and landed on the marker in front of his grave. After my Mom passed everytime I'd see a butterfly it would remind me of her for some reason. So I think that was the sign that I was looking for.....it was like she was saying "it's ok I got him!" I stood there smiling like a fool in the middle of the cemetary. Your sign will come and she will tell you she is ok.:hug:

thats wonderful!! i agree..there is always something that happens like that for me, when a loved one has passed away! glad you were able to find urs!! xoxox.
