Bomb blasts in London Just watching the news - several bombs have gone off on the London underground and on buses in London this morning casualties and deaths being reported :( |
I ust heard about this on the radio. They are saying it must be a terrorist atttack. How awful for something like this to happen. My heart goes out to those who have lost ones they love today. It seems as though mankind can be so inhumane at times. Please keep the prayers going for the people being helplessly attacked for no reason. It always seems as though we are on the verge of a larger war doesnt it. |
Mobile phone network seems to be down so no way to find out if loved ones are OK. |
And Islam is a peaceful religion. :( |
No news yet who is responsible but extremists of any religion are very dangerous. |
This is just another TERRIBLE example of the NUTS that are out there - That is going to change their lives for sure - It's so very sad when we hear this - because it could start up again worse than 911 - we are so NOT prepared for something like that again. |

I dont know if there are any members in London, bust just checking in to make sure everyone is Ok. This is horrific, reporting at lest 7 bombs and this is perhaps the first suicide bombing in the UK. I am thinking and praying of everyone who is caught up in this and all of their families :( |

Yeah London had such a great day yesterday with such excitment after learning that they would be hosting the 2012 Olympics and there was rejoicing everywhere , today is sadly a very different story and at least 20 are dead. So sad to have something like this happen. Ana xx :thumbdown |
Our world is not going down the tubes...but this is a terroistic attack... I'm afraid to say...we live in a time that is how many different countries deal with things... None of us are safe from terroism..and its a hard war to fight. Increase of security is going on all over the world right now...We do the best we can..but when its terroism that we are dealing with...its a hard fight. Our country is doing all it can on the War on Terroism...and England stands united with us...God Bless them for that~ The families affected today..will be in my thoughts and prayers...just as we were in England's thoughts and prayers on 911... This is a war we fight together....God Bless England.... |
This is awful! That is why we are fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan -- to keep war off our own doorsteps. I am really saddened that the people of England now feel violated like we did on 9/11. England has already joined the US in the fight against terrorism. This is even more of a reason to increase that support now more than ever! They found a note claiming the bombs from al Kida (spelled wrong I am sure) So it is the same people who did 9-11, I figure they probably picked their location due to the fact that these were our strongest allies in the war. I imagine it will only get worse, we are not as safe as we should be. My heart goes out to those who have lost loved ones, and my prayers are with you. |
Our thoughts and prayers are for the people in London. I have had the news on all AM watching it. I don't think there is any way anyone can stop this. These people have no value on human life. It was just a matter of time when there would be terrorist bombings like in Israel. In Israel they put nails & screws in the bombings as well so when you live, they cannot remove all the nails & screws in the body & you suffer the rest of your life. I don't understand the hatred. But if that is what you are taught, that is what you will believe. In November I am going to London & then to Israel for a tour. Everyone asks why would I want to go to Israel & aren't I afraid? No way. Israel is a dream of mine & can hardly wait. 9-11 changed the world forever & it will never be the same. Terrorism has become a part of life now. |
