Me too! It's an old fantasy fudge recipe and I substitute milk chocolate chips for semi-sweet chocolate chips. BRB with the recipe. It's become a family favorite now.;)

Milk Chocolate Fudge
 
Milk Chocolate Fudge

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
4-1/2 cups sugar
1 can (13 oz) of evaporated milk [I use the 12 ounce can if I can't find this]
3 packages (12oz) milk chocolate chips
1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
3 cups chopped pecans [optional]
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring butter, sugar and milk to a full rolling boil in a heavy 4-quart saucepan, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes over medium heat stirring constantly to avoid scorching. [You will notice a slight change in smell and color when it's ready.]

Remove from heat. Gradually stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients; beat until well blended.

Pour into greased 13x9 inch pan. Cool; cut into squares. Enjoy! :D

Haha, I thought you weren't giving up the family recipe, so I was going to use the one I had. Thank you!! I'm going to give this one a try.

on my second batch of cookies and will do a corn casserole later, I do have dinner going the crock pot because I knew I wouldn't have time to cook "dinner" otherwise!!

OMGosh I need to stop reading this thread. My mouth is watering! I love chex mix, puppy chow, lots of christmas goodies!

My mom makes homemade caramels (that I can't eat now because my teeth are bad), a HUGE batch of chex mix (since there are 10 of us in the family) and PIES! LOADS AND LOADS OF PIES!!!

I am going to have to resolve to work out like crazy in January!
