I was just reading the "How Tall Are You Thread" and got deeply depressed!!I'd thought I'd start one for the two or three of us who are not 5' 10" tall and 87 lbs.! LOL!!! Heck, Betty weighs more than that!! Excuse me while I go suck on a donut...:p

Yeah it was a little depressing for me too. SInce I am only 5' 2". And a little overweight. I would like a donut too.

Umm...I'm 5'10" but definitely NOT a size 2! or 87 pounds! I weigh a good 160...working on getting to 140...but tall does NOT always mean skinny :eek: lol

I was reading that thread too, but got chocolate chip cookie crumbs on my keyboard and had to log off and vacuum it....

I am SO right there with ya'!!! And sooooooooo far from 5'10" - - - wow, 87 lbs.... I think I MIGHT have hit that in the 3rd grade!!! LOL!!!! :eyetearss
BTW, no.... skinny people..... I am not the LEAST bit bitter!!!! Hell, with all you size 2's out there - - the rest of us know we'll never go hungry since there's all those extras for US!!!! <<gigglin'>>

Maybe we can all come up with an idea to make a stretch machine, so we can get taller, and look thinner. LOL

ummm I'm 5'4 and you not thin!!! Not a 2 either unless maybe a 22 :eek: well not yet but I better get control and soon or I will be....I blame it on menopause.

I am a size 8 or 10 and pretty proud of it!!! :) And for those who say they are a 'fatty' at a size 7.... please please LOOK in the mirror again! you are beautiful and THIN at a size 7!!! :) This society is soooo warped at the way woman view themselves and other women!

Im 5"5 And I Weigh 145 And I Dont Wear A Size 2 Must Be Age Because I Use To Be Skinny But The Older I Get The More Pounds I Put On Oh Well .

Well, I'm not 5'10'', nor am I short. But I am definitely no where near a size 2!!!!! Size 2?? The smallest size I can even remember wearing is a size 7 and that was probably.......40 years ago. Ugh, now I'm not only overweight, but getting old(er) too. So you can blame weight gain on menopause? Okay, I'll do that as I'm sure I'm getting there too. But as the saying goes, "you're as young as you feel" and thankfully, most often I don't feel or act my age.
Oh, and I'll take a donut please...or a danish...oh heck, I'll take both! :D

AMEN to that!! I'm in a size 6 and weight 134 and my hair dresser called me fat yesterday!! HMPH!! HOW RUUUUDDDEEE!!! I agree with you...no wonder all these teenage girls are becoming bulemic and anorexic...I feel so bad, since when does a size 2 count as being the only beautiful out there...Skinny, not-skinny, we're all beautiful because of who we are on in the inside..wish everybody weren't so superficial now-a-days!... :D I REFUSE to starve myself!!!

I am a hairdresser and would NEVER say that to my client. Personally I wouldnt go back to her. That was downright RUDE o fher to say, in a joking matter or not.

I'm here, I'm here :wavey: Ya think minopause deals the only "fat" blow, just wait till the ol porked out senior days. :eek: I'm 5' 3" and have decided to start useing the dogs treadmill!!: yay_jump: So pass the goodies, I'll just do an extra 6 miles. :D

Well, I used to be a size 2 and before that I was a size 0 (yes, that size actually does exist!) and before that I was a little girls size 16...but...I was deathly ill at the time! Right now I am about 5' 3 3/4" and I'm a size 8...once I get down to a 5/6 I'll be happy :) I'll pass on the donuts but I'll sit and have a cup of coffee with you if you don't mind :coffee44:

4-5 years ago, I was a size 4........now, I am a size 10/12!!!!

I am 5'5

I have a cousin who is TALL...she is about 5'10 and she wears a 14, but she looks very skinny to me.....strange.......:scratchhe Because looking at her, I would just assume she was a size 0 (honestly)!!!
