Ehhh I'm not sure

I am selling my mini fridge on craigslist for $200. I put for them to pick it up cause it's too heavy to ship. Anyway a guy wrote back and he asked if it was still available and i said yes and he wrote me this. Should i say i take cash or paypal only? I don't want him to have my address, i was planning on going nearby, like 2 blocks away to meet the person.

Thanks for the prompt response and i will love to make an instant
purchase,so please do withdraw the advert from Craigslist.I dont mind
adding an extra $50 dollars for you to take the advert down from
criagslist so that i can be rest assured that am in hand of the item.
I will also like you to know that i will be paying via check,and it
will be an over night payment due to the distance .You dont need to
bother your self with the shippment ok,I will take care of that.So I
will need you to provide me with the following information to
facilitate the mailing of the check.
1.Your full name.
2.Your mailing address,be it residential or postal address.
3.Your phone number.
**Once again ,I will like you to know that you will not be responsible for
shipping.
I will have my mover come over as soon as you have cashed the check**

ok idk my gut says its a scam cause why would someone just send a check like that

So anyway i wrote him i only take cash and that he would have to come pick it up and give me the cash in person. I just wanna see what he says..Someone else offered me $50 for it but i feel like that's too little. I paid $250 for it and its like new

please! please! don't do it! you know that old saying mom said?? if it sounds to good to be true it usually is. He could either rob you blind or worse....
