Well what if they were someone that has a small apartment but they send you pictures of a place with 3 or 4 bedrooms, and then you show up and it is a hostile or there isn't enough room. It is a perfect playground for scam artists. I'm just makin a joke about the paper with their name because lots of people do that with puppies. I'd feel a little more comfortable if they were in the pics of the house, though. The experience, if you met someone you could trust, could be amazing. I went to Italy one summer and was set up with an apartment for a month there, and it was a pretty awesome time.

I would die! :eek: Hostels freak me out (and I know some apartment buildings are kinda set up like hostels). :p

I should do that! I have a townhouse in southern NH! What who the heck would be crazy enough to want to come up here in the winter to let me go to the carribean?? HAHA

That sounds nice!:) I mean either way it's for an amount of time, so they do have to go back to their place and you have to meet at one point. I would sign a contract if i did it. It's not like they can steal your house lol
