any time you do the "export" feature from iphoto, then just play around with the size and see if the size will be ok for YT. i usually do 640x480 and more often than not, that is just fine for YT. every once in a while, it will be "too large" for YT, so I go back in and export it a little smaller. you will get it  you are doing a great job!!!"
