I'm looking for a coach bag for my daughter for xmas and right now I can't go out and pay $300 for a purse. She really wants one badly and I would love to be able to surprise her with one. She knows are situation, and with me not working right now due to losing are patient awhile back, she thinks there is no way I can afford it. But I have managed to sell some items and I found this purse on ebay and I need your help.

Does this look like a authentic purse?

I have not put a bid yet, so PLEASE do not go and bid lol

Hope it helps! It's really hard to tell just by one picture whether it's the real thing or not..

It is somewhat odd there is hardly any info about the purse and it doesn't state that it is authentic.

It seems odd the seller does not provide hardly any info on the purse. They don't even state it's authentic. But it's really hard to tell from just a pic.

I cant tell if it is or not. You should also try looking on Craig's List. Alot of ppl sell Coach on there too.

She is truly worth it, she is such a great daughter! Plus she works and helps out so much!

Did you see that it was used? Also this seller has no feedback,sorry for the negativity ,I would beware handing over 80+ to this person.

Congrats! I would think for that price used it would be real. I bought m ydtr one 2 years ago since she had had a bad year, longtime boyfriend dropped her, etc. I bought it new and she uses it all the time and it loks like new still so they do hold up!! She willbe so surprised, I know my dtr was!

As long as you pay with paypal you should be protected if the purse turns out to be fake (Which I do not think is the case, it looks real to me) or if the bag is not in good condition.

I can never tell if they are real or fake by the pictures. Just be careful, I got ripped off on ebay a couple years ago for around $80 on a designer purse. I paid by m/o and never got the purse. I was furious! Hopefully yours won't be like mine. Cute purse!!! I love Coach!

I did pay with paypal. I don't think I would have bought it without using paypal.

I hope she loves it! And I hope its real too! I clicked to look at the picture of it, but its no longer on there.

I'm not sure where you live, but there are a couple Coach outlet factory stores near me, and I am always going to them. I have bought quite a few of my Couches from the outlets, and most have been right around 100.00. With the sales they already have, and the markdowns, you can't go wrong!

Sounds like your daughter is going to be super excited!

There is a Coach outlet in Edinburgh (sp) Indiana. I've never have shopped there, we always go to the one in Circle Centre. :) I would LOVE to go to the outlet one day though.

I think your daughter is very lucky and will love what you have done for her. And paying via paypal is also very good and safe.

Seeing that the seller barely gave any info on the bag i would not purchase it. You can go to Coach.com and they have a selection of gifts for teens. You can choose from the swing packs (i have a few of those) or a wristlets. Its pretty reasonable and it will be brand new. Also they have free shipping going on now:)

I hope its real! You can PM BabyFidgette..shes a pro at telling if theyre real or not. It honestly doesn't look real to me, but I don't know all the signs to look for, so I could be wrong! If the lining on the inside has the C's on it..its definitely a fake..so look for that. Good luck!

well it's to late, I have done paid for it. I paid with paypal, so if it's fake then I should be able to get a refund, plus the seller has a 7 day money back refund. :xfingers: that I don't get burned!

only thing that scares me is this seller have never sold before, so no feedback yet. Plus I did send them a message asking if it was authentic, and I had no response.

Count it a lesson learned! Next time..make sure you ask for more pictures..that one can be deceiving!
